PROFILE SUMMARY 

Specialized in business and marketing management for companies of agribusiness (biotechnology and chemical) and technology sectors. Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems, Advanced Degree (MBA) in Marketing Administration, and Advanced Degree (MBA) in e-Business, with an International Executive MBA.

Skilled in the development of cooperative communication programs, strategic marketing planning as well as differentiated and high technology markets. Aggregated experience in developing and implementing marketing/sales operations support systems, like SAP R/3 and SAP CRM, and users training courses.

At the very beginning of the information technology development, he had to make contacts with international customers due to the easy communication in foreign languages. Was also responsible for technical translations of manuals and important transactions from English to Portuguese and Spanish, for Dekalb, Hewlett-Packard and Texas Instruments.

In 1982, his career started by working professionally in the Information Technology sector, consolidating experience as worked for IBM and in 1983 for Itautec.

In 1985, he was hired by Braskalb Agropecuária as a systems analyst, developing and implementing systems for most of company's activities (research, production, finance, administration and sales, evolving to be Braskalb's financial control and administration manager.

In 1991, it started the second stage of his career, by building up a new marketing area for Braskalb, taking over the marketing planning and control management departments. He managed to implement special brand loyalty programs and developed new markets. He also coordinated new products launching campaigns, developed projects focused on consumers, thus changing the company's image by making Braskalb brand known as a high technology product provider. He has coordinated merchandising actions, implemented a complete training program for the company's sales force, sought out new customers and generated new businesses, thus increasing the revenues and market-share in the high technology market segment that Braskalb was involved with.

In 1996, he also took care of the communications and product development departments.

In 1998, when Braskalb was sold to Monsanto, like other important seed companies have been, and under the new control, he became solely responsible for Braskalb's business, until the brand extinction, by managing sales and marketing departments. After that, was called to re-work the sales and marketing processes by integrating the new organization's re-design project team, with the mission of integrating the different cultures, systems, procedures and rules of the new company's marketing and sales operations. He finished the work with the successful implementation of the ERP system SAP R/3 and SAP CRM, thus integrating the marketing and sales departments of the new Monsanto's seed and chemical operations.

From 2002 on, he has been working as business consultant for companies and entities from agribusiness sector, including Papalotla Group in Brazil.
